We offer free collection, but only where availability, eligibility and booking conditions allow it. Ask when you ring and we will confirm whether it applies to your vehicle and your job before anything is booked.
It is much better to ask when booking. Courtesy cars are limited, and turning up without having asked may mean none is free. Raising it early lets us tell you honestly what is likely.
Tell us when you call. A car that will not start or is unsafe to drive needs different planning, and we will explain what arrangements are possible and diagnose the fault once it reaches the workshop.
